I have bought an iPhone 5s, but gave back it the next day

This thing is going to come back.

I have been using a 4 Nexus since January. Somewhere down the line I have developed a deep attachment to it. I love this smartphone.

The 5s iPhone is beautiful. That is perfectly carved metal and glass. Everything feels carefully thought through and beautifully executed. I loved it, and I loved the color gold.

It also has all the applications that I need. The last year I have adopted a large number of daily applications on Android. They are all supported in iOS. So if looked at from the perspective of you could do what I need to do, certainly could.

But what I found was that there were two major problems in the way they needed it to do things.

Firstly, the screen format is rare. Current screen quality is fantastic... seems to me much better and brighter than the iPhone 4S that I used for a long time while before change to Nexus 4. Another thing I liked was that the surface was physically less friction and the nexus between 4. Simply, it is more slidy, and that's cute.

But the screen has a very funny, illogical form. It is smaller than I would like, of course, but this rare arrangement "Tower" makes no sense. You have it in hand and ends looking shape, rather than getting lost in the contents of the screen. In my opinion, the screen on the iPhone is something that Apple is really wasting your time, which is strange if you think iPad mini display format is so perfect.

Another another device with a normal display with rare iPhone screen is very unpleasant. However, it is the kind of change that people get used and I am sure that I could have had use to that. It was not the main reason for why they gave back it.

Returned the Apple iPhone because it has a 'back' button.

Post-PC encourages users to be lazy. I don't want that in bad way, is how these devices are supposed to be used. Post-PC devices such as smartphones and tablets are designed to stay in the background and presented in the foreground to be used. These devices need to have very low "cognitive load". Simply, didn't you think too.

The users of Android to iOS problem is that Android trains to use the button back as a lazy way of getting around an application. You don't have to search the back option in Android, is always in the same place and it has essentially the same things. It has become part of the design of each application for Android.

iOS devices do not have buttons back. This means that when you're in an iOS app you have to think to get the application, for example, to return to your Inbox, or a list of folders. It is this way of thinking makes it less easy to use than Android iOS. That grates when you try to use the device quickly, or when you want to do it with little effort, for example, when you're on foot, or when you are tired.

If you think that an Android phone now more or less everything an iPhone does, but in a way a little less elegant, you have to think about what are winning over Android to iOS. You are probably going to be losing hundreds of dollars. What do you get in return?

The Nexus-4 is a very cheap, even before was discounted as we tackle the Nexus 5. IPhone 5s is not cheap. I always buy my Smartphone SIM-free, so I spent almost $900 (£549) on a background of the range device. And why? The "joy" of learning to deal with a screen of graciosa and for a user experience was more difficult than in Android to make equivalent things.

In addition, Nexus 4 is so cheap that if he fell, lost or broke it, probably I wouldn't. Falling, losing or breaking the iPhone 5s it is likely that it would make me cry. That is something that is worth thinking about it.

Speaking of back buttons, there is a rumor that Windows Phone will soon lose its hardware back button. Now it seems a very bad idea. It is worth bearing in mind that approaching the 20 anniversary of navigation by the conventional web, we are probably accustomed to the notion of "volver", that is why I think that it is so natural to use Android.

What I've learned about this week is that a button on a smartphone is very useful and a great deal. Smartphones are better with buttons back.

Although Interestingly, the tablets don't seem to suffer with the same problem. That could be because generally they are used less frequently in casual settings (waiting in line at the store, etc.) as compared to smartphones.

It turns out that the cliche was wrong. Does not "go back", is supposed to "come back".
